No-code / Low-code

This industry is currently growing and changing. It’s unclear yet what is best
for no-code (non-technical people, individuals that can’t hire a programmer)
for programmers (code custom features that are not already part of the platform)

No code

Website builders

Can be seen as no-code app builders because they often include input forms for newsletters, messaging, feedback, and sometimes even custom forms that integrate with Airtable or your own services.
umso.com - “The website builder for startups”. Offers user login/accounts and can generate an API key and stuff? Must try.

There are several sites that list no-code resources

nocode.tech - This is probably the best no-code resource site! See https://www.nocode.tech/category/app-builders
nocodelist.co - Extensive list. I wish each one had descriptions of more than a few words though.
welovenocode.com/nocodelist - No-code tools. Not categorized, but shows some interesting projects.
nocode.mba/tools - More no-code tools.
nocodeexamples.com/nocode-products - Nice list. Filter by type of product (SAAS, Marketplace, etc.) or by platform (Webflow, Zapier, etc.).

Low code

It’s the way to go if you can do any programming, even if you’re a beginner. Using a no-code platform you’ll be limited to what the platform can do - what they’ve already automated to do. But low-code has potential to be even better. Unfortunately, there are not many services that offer the functionality.
  1. Bubble - a no-code platform that allows you to build web and mobile apps using a visual programming interface. Bubble offers pre-made login and registration forms, as well as features for managing user accounts and permissions.
  1. Zoho Creator - a low-code app builder that allows you to create custom web and mobile apps without writing code. Zoho Creator offers pre-made login and registration forms, and includes a range of features for managing user accounts and permissions.
  1. AppSheet - a no-code platform that allows you to build custom business applications using data from your existing databases and spreadsheets. AppSheet offers pre-made login and registration forms, and includes features for managing user accounts and permissions.
  1. AppGini - a tool for creating custom web applications without writing code. AppGini offers pre-made login and registration forms, and includes features for managing user accounts and permissions.
Looks promising! They certainly have the resources to pull this off. Really don’t like Microsoft app UI design though. But will have to try this.
